The Study Smart Program is a transformative learning experience aimed at students learning at the secondary school and tertiary level.   

 

Combining the power of mindful creativity, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and guided relaxation techniques/hypnosis, this program will help students let go of their stress so they can achieve better results while feeling more confident and relaxed.

About the Study Smart program

Our Study Smart program is designed to address the unique needs of Secondary School and Tertiary students seeking academic excellence and a stress-free study experience.  

 

We have two program options to cater to different needs, with each program package consisting of a series of therapy sessions where we explore what is holding you back in your life and studies using guided relaxation techniques.

The below packages are based on individual sessions, but we also have group sessions available.  If this is something that interests you, please get in touch with Anja for further information and pricing.

Focus Package

3 sessions (approx 1.5 hours each)
Exclusive Study Smart recording

You will learn:

  • How to be more focused

  • How to get more enjoyment out of your studies

  • How to get better results.

Session One: 

Exploring what is important in life and how we see ourselves.

Sessions Two & Three

Personalised sessions using guided relaxation techniques.

Package includes a Study Smart recording for you to listen which will help you get amazing results.
